1. Add chicken breast

Ingredients

• 3 chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp sake

How to Make

Prepare the chicken breasts and sake, and just put them straight into the Hotcook.

I use the 1.6L type, which can steam about 3 chicken breasts at once.

It’s really that easy.

The Hotcook menu is as follows:

• Manual
• Fermentation
• 65°C
• 3 hours

For each chicken breast, it’s 1 hour, so for 2 pieces, set it for 2 hours.

That’s it. Just wait.

The finished result looks like this.

Just plate it up, and it’s done.

I recommend a sesame sauce with a citrusy ponzu flavor as a dressing. The acidity complements the chicken beautifully.
